Throughout our careers, we worked closely with both vehicle owners and suppliers, gaining valuable insight into the challenges customers face — especially when it comes to modifying or upgrading larger vehicles like 4WDs, caravans, and commercial vans. One of the biggest gaps we identified was simple, yet overlooked: getting to the workshop.
Most workshops are located on busy main roads or in industrial areas, making it difficult and inconvenient — even risky — for people with larger vehicles, trailers, or motorhomes to access the services they need. That’s where AAI was born.
